Selena Lackey, Esq.

Selena lives and works in Thomasville, NC. and graduated from Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, NC. She is the founder of The Law Office of Selena Lackey where she practices family law and runs the website: ncfathershaverights.com. Selena is a passionate proponent of shared parenting and the movement toward a rebuttable presumption.

Selena is recruiting other attorneys to help establish an office geared directly toward shared parenting and to educate and assist parents in creating a shared parenting environment outside of the court system.  She is also working to establish a local media campaign to bring awareness about the importance of shared parenting and the effects of parental alienation on children.
