Marian Lippa

Marian is an Elected Paralegal Bencher for the Law Society of Upper Canada and the founder of Lippa Legal Services in Toronto.  Through Lippa Legal, Marian has offered services to clients, including civil litigation, landlord and tenant matters, criminal law and provincial offences for over 20 years as a legal professional.   She participated in the CBC Townhall on Fatherlessness commenting on how Canada can better value the role of fathers.  Marian has also spent years of advocating for equal parenting rights and as a director for F.A.C.T an equal parenting association in Ontario.  

She is also active on the Canadian legal newswire, the Advocate Daily, with the long listing of articles by Marian found here.  She has also been a leader in expanding the role of paralegals in Canadian law to include representing clients in Family Law.
